Types and characteristics of the sanding machine
1. Horizontal disc sander:
Features: The medium distribution in the grinding chamber is uniform, the grinding efficiency is high, the load is easy to start, the operation is convenient, can be designed to be large or super large.

2. Vertical disk sander:
Features: uneven distribution of media, low grinding efficiency, difficult to start with load. The advantage is no mechanical seal, simple structure.

3. Horizontal bar sander:
Features: high energy density, short grinding cylinder, large filter area of media separator, short material residence time, good heat dissipation effect, high grinding efficiency, narrow product particle size distribution. It is generally used for large flow cycle grinding process of difficult grinding materials.

4. Vertical rod sander:
Features: The mixing shaft is arranged with a pin rod, and the inner wall of the cylinder is also arranged with a pin rod. The equipment has high energy density and high grinding strength. It is mainly used for the production of high viscosity materials such as offset printing ink and UV ink.
