In this process, the grinding medium carries out fine grinding of the material under the action of friction, so that it is gradually refined to the required particle size.

In the grinding process, the material is not only affected by the impact and grinding of the rotor structure, but also produces strong turbulent movement under the action of the stirring impeller of the sand mill. This stirring and turbulent action ensures a uniform distribution of the material within the sander, improving grinding efficiency.
