In recent years,thanks to great support and trust of our customers all over the world,our exporting business has been increasing greatly,although we have invested in upgrading our production equipments,sometimes,our production was heavily committed. When the production was busy,our customers has to wait for a little longer time to get the goods,which has brough unpleasant experience to our customers.
Especially,we have developed more kinds of perforated plastic sheets,for example,we have developed retort separator sheets,dividers in different shapes,among which,round retort spacer mats take more time to make because we need to keep a good margin. Furthermore,we have established business relations with customers in more industries such as battery,farming etc.
The key factor to expanding production capacity is to increase the working efficiency of perforation, so a morden and automatic perforating machine is necessary, after research,we have equipped our workshop with it,its production effciency is much higher than the current machines.
So, in 2024, we can speed our production time and meet customers various requirements. The improvement of working effciency has also decreased our labor cost,which can decrease the cost of the product,which can benefit our customers.
