Exports Of Agricultural Machinery Products Move Forward Steadily

According to customs statistics, from January to December 2023, China's agricultural machinery product exports amounted to US$11.02 billion, of which the total exports of tractors, harvesting machinery, gardening, forage machinery, agricultural machinery parts and components and other equipment achieved year-on-year growth.

Since the beginning of this year, tractor exports have maintained a high growth rate. China’s cumulative tractor exports to Russia, Thailand, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and other markets have achieved significant year-on-year growth. In the first 10 months, large tractors with more than 180 horsepower accounted for more than 90% of China's tractor exports, and their cumulative export volume and export value maintained a significant year-on-year growth. Data show that from January to October 2023, China's tractor exports amounted to US$850 million, a year-on-year increase of 23.9%.

In the first 10 months of this year, the exports of all harvesting machinery products basically showed varying degrees of growth year-on-year. In particular, the growth of combine harvesters and cotton pickers played a driving role in harvester exports. The total exports of harvesting machinery increased by 31.4% year-on-year. Data show that from January to October 2023, China's harvest machinery exports totaled US$310 million, a year-on-year increase of 7.3%.

In the first 10 months of this year, exports of horticulture and pasture machinery were US$2.13 billion, and China's exports of agricultural machinery parts were US$4.04 billion. China's exports of agricultural machinery parts to the Russian market have increased significantly.
