Because it is still in the stage of exploration and development, the specific operating norms and corresponding policies have not reached certain standards. Take the trial regulation of a city as an example.

1. Who can apply

The insured persons who meet one of the following conditions can apply for the establishment of medical insurance family beds: One is the patients who are transferred back to the community after discharge and still need treatment, such as cerebral vascular accident paralysis rehabilitation period, tumor surgery or radiotherapy and chemotherapy need support treatment, hypertension diabetes combined with chronic serious complications, fracture surgery and trauma need dressing change, suture removal, rehabilitation, functional exercise, etc.

There is also a category of patients with chronic diseases requiring long-term treatment: such as advanced tumors, hemiplegia patients with bedsore infection, urinary retention, dysphagia (need to regularly change the dressing, replace the urinary tube, stomach tube) and other long-term bed patients, patients with chronic obstructive emphysema, advanced tumors, Alzheimer's disease and other patients requiring hospice care.

Second, the construction of bed procedures

The patient or his/her guardian applies for building a bed; For patients assessed by doctors and the medical insurance system to be admitted, community hospitals inform patients or their guardians of the limitations of home bed treatment, related medical risks, and matters that patients and families need to pay attention to; If the patient or his guardian understands the relevant situation and is willing to accept the home bed service, the two parties shall sign the Home Bed Service Agreement, provide effective communication and contact methods, and agree with the responsible doctor on the first home service time.

Iii. Service content

The service content is mainly divided into three parts. Including doctor's bed checking service: generally check the bed once a week, the number of bed checking can be adjusted according to the condition; Nursing services: nurses provide nursing services and guidance according to the medical instructions of family beds; Inform service: Inform patients or their guardians of the limitations of home bed diagnosis and treatment, relevant medical risks, disease diagnosis and treatment measures, related costs and bed withdrawal procedures in a timely manner. When the patient's condition changes, account of the condition, timely referral.

Iv. Whether infusion services are provided

Home beds are different from treatment beds, infusion services are not provided in principle, if really needed, after the assessment of the bed doctor, inform the patient or his guardian about the medical risks, and sign an informed consent can be carried out. During the infusion process, the patient's family members or caregivers with full civil capacity should accompany and observe, and in the event of an emergency, the infusion should be stopped immediately and 120 should be sent to the hospital in time for treatment, and contact the community hospital in time.
