Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer KPS-501 is a white powder product, and it is a modified linear Polymer having a high number of groups of carboxy. It can be used as a highly efficient plasticizer in building chemistry with better early strength and high water-reducing performance.

Depending on the prerequisite, it can be used to improve the rheological and mechanical properties of concrete /mortar

By dispersing the cement particles and breaking the cement agglomerates, the use of water is reduced, which is necessary in particular in the case of high-strength concretes.

In addition, Polycarboxylate (PCE) Powder KPS-501 e.g. influence the fluid self-leveling and the early strength.

The dosage is standard. Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer KPS-501 should be dry-blended with the other dry ingredients at a minimal dosage of 0.1% to 0.3% by total weight of cementitious components. The actual dosage should be determined through suitable tests prior to production and application.
