Full-automatic necessary conditions:

(1) The feeding machine must be a cylinder to push the blanks, because the action of the manipulator is controlled by the feeding machine cylinder. When the cylinder moves once, the manipulator also moves once to ensure that it will not feed more or less blanks. Therefore, either manual feeding or roller feeding cannot be fully automatic.

(2) The cut blanks should be flat at both ends, otherwise the number of stoppages will be excessive and uneconomical.

(3) In case of any malfunction of the electric furnace, there should be a fixed output of 12V output. Modular electric furnaces with automatic temperature control should be used as far as possible.
