In July 2023, we received order from our foreign customer for 750M heavy slurry pump . The biggest part is the volute , which the net weight is 19.6 tons , the total pouring weight is 28 tons.  In order to successfully complete the pouring work, under the personal arrangement and guidance of General Liu, chairman of the company, after many special meetings and demonstration and calculation, a careful modeling, melting and pouring plan has been formed.

In recent days, from the technical process, modeling control, and then to smelting and pouring, the whole process is busy and orderly. With the smooth flow of 3 ladles of molten iron into the cavity, 750M heavy slurry pump volute weighing 28 tons of molten iron were successfully poured.It marks that BATTLEMAX HK LIMITED has created the record of the company's heaviest casting, and the casting production capacity has got to a new level!
